And you’re invited.
This weekend of Nov. 9 and 10, thousands will gather on Seattle’s Pier 91 for nothing more than all manner of truffles, bonbons, chocolate bars and cocoa collaboration.
It’s the 11th annual Northwest Chocolate Festival, and you’re invited.
Representing 26 different countries around the world, 186 exhibitors, 76 workshops, 500 types of dark chocolate, 200 types of milk chocolate and 200 types of vegan chocolate, the festival is gearing up to celebrate and educate the chocolate lover in all.
Attendees can indulge in day, weekend, or VIP passes, and enjoy a metropolis of tastings, culinary demos, talks and appearances by top industry professionals.
Spend Saturday morning tasting coffee and chocolate pairings, or learning how you can refine your chocolate-making skills at home. Looking for a creative side job? Take the afternoon how-to course for building your own chocolate empire and becoming a chocolatier.
Sunday will delve into ethical sourcing, hand-rolled ganache demos, making your own creamy cocoa butter, and “Chocolate and CBD: Why this works.”
